Ingredients- 4 cups Romaine Lettece
- 4 cups Spinach (Raw)
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 cup Purple Onion
- 2 Tomateos
- 2 cups Cooked Black Beans
- 2 cups Corn
Directions:Chop/dice, mix, enjoy. :)
(Dress with Apple Cider Vinegar and/or Flax Seed oil for some added zest and omega-3s!)
