Yesterday, in my desperation to rid myself of the massive amounts of pain, I schedule myself an appointment with one of the chiropractors and massage therapist. I have to wait till tomorrow for the massage, but luckily I was able to see the chiropractor within the hour of my scheduling. As it turns out, he was one of the doctors that makes the morning rounds to check on everyone. He is an amazing chiropractor, to say the least. Really knows his stuff, and addressed some problems that no other chiropractor has before. I'll see him again on Tuesday. :)
I can't wait to feel better! It's been nothing but nausea and pain ever since the end of day one. Good grief! Lord, have mercy! This is so intense, I can hardly bare it.
(This is going to be one of those post that I'll look back on and be glad I stuck it out...................... I hope)
Just keep reminding yourself what Joel Fuhrman said in his presentation that we just watched: feeling bad is good... feeling good is bad! So the fact that you are feeling bad for a few days is good :) It will be over soon and you can begin to enjoy the healing process.
ReplyDeleteThe Lord be with your spirit...grace be with you! Sing this hymn to yourself Kate...you will start to feel better.
Love, Mom
