After the energy therapy, I wanted to dance a jig..but resisted, as to not totally exhaust myself. This was confirmed later when I saw Dr. Incredible. He asked how I was doing, to which I replied, "Fantastic." Then he charged me to rest, and explained how everyone wants to go and clean their whole house or something to that effect afterwards, but the key is to rest. And rest I have been doing. I sat outside for a bit and soaked up some vitamin D while chatting with some friends. And then crashed on my bed and took a nap (This is me just now waking up...)
The whole therapy actually gave me a little detox headache, so I've been downing the water. Just fascinating.
Oddly enough... this is getting much harder now that I'm at the end. Before, it was just taking it a day at a time, but now that I know I'm only a few days away from eating again, it's really hard not to perpetually think of food. Ha! It amuses me.
The ear is no better.. I'm going to see Dr. Awesome tomorrow, and something will be done about it. I must admit though, it's very interesting that it doesn't hurt... you would think that by now there would be some serious infection going on... Maybe my body is just that cool now. :)

Wow...only 2 more days of water only! And what are you anticipating with your labs?? It's kind of exciting to see after all the different kinds of stuff going on there...the turbo charge and all...maybe it will affect you like it did Joan!
ReplyDeleteYeah.. that's what I was wondering.. Only one way to find out! Of course, I need to keep reminding myself that when you go the healthy, natural way... things take longer. So I shouldn't expect any large jumps in my numbers... I don't think that would be very good for me anyway. :)
